You do trying a new camera. Its a high def 1080p as opposed to to using the the front camera on my iphone. Because the quality is shitty quality.
My awesome free t shirt that i got because im lazy. And i just threw something on for you i hope you like oh and stuff if you dont dont find them thats how you know im not being paid by them. Because i wouldnt be able to say that otherwise so lets talk about absolute versus relative strength guys so what the is absolute strength and whats relative strength so absolute strength is really simple absolute strength is the amount of weight that one individual can move period.
So lets take two individuals. One is 200 pounds and one thats 300 pounds. The 200 pound.
Guy benches 300 pounds. The 300 pound guy benches 305 pounds by the laws of absolute strength. The 300 pound guy is stronger.
Because hes lifting five more pounds. See how that is absolute numbers absolute strength so despite the fact. Theres a hundred pounds between them by absolute strength.
The 300 pound guy is stronger right because hes moving five more pounds kind of makes sense youre like well sure i guess technically thats stronger. But thats why nobody uses absolute strength as a marker for weight moved right so when you look at like powerlifting and whatnot it goes by relative strength and theres wilkes course. Theres the grossman equation.
Theres been so many ways of trying to figure out relative strength with regards to lifting so whats relative strength well it makes a lot more sense its weight moved relative to your body weight. So. When you look at that 200 pound guy whos benching 300.
And that 300 pound guy.

Thats benching 305. You know my absolute strength ii stronger. But hes really not that strong anything about hes basically benching his body weight.
Whereas. That guy whos turner. Pounds.
Is benching. One and a half times. His body weight.
A lot more strong isnt he relative to his body weight. So thats why we use relative strength when it comes to figuring stuff out so. The next time somebody turns around and they were like oh yeah.
Bro. I bet. I deadlift 400 pounds.
You know like 280. And im like 150. Deadlifting.
300. A little bit a difference here right so thats why you got like wilkes calculators and whatnot that are used by most international powerlifting federations because its an equalizer. Its a way of taking relative strength and comparing across the board.
So that when you have like say a super heavyweight competing up three hundred and forty pounds and a light weight whos competing at a hundred and forty pounds and you get the wilkes scores broken down and they have like an overall best lifter.

The 140 pound guy who despite the fact that he by the amount of weight the absolute amount of weight moved would be so much less than 340 ton lifter. His wilkes score might be higher. So.
Hes the best power lifter overall with that competition so you guys get how absolute versus relative doesnt need to be a long video absolute strength is just the number thats moved. But its a really shitty indicator of strength right. I mean you turn around and say like an ant versus.
A human being you know obviously we can move more weigh absolute weight than enhance. But by relative strength an ant can carry twenty times its body weight. Im to 15 to 16.
Theres no way im carrying 20 pounds of my bodyweight any distance. But ants relative to their body weight can carry that for miles so relative strength wise ants kick the out of us thats what we dont let them in powerlifting competitions because they would have litter at us can i can i have bench and having said that if it could bench. Which set of arms would it use are they legs.
What are they im not im not a bug person. I dont know anyways questions comes down below guys. If you guys watch this.
Let me know how the camera works im gonna ask in my next video. How the camera works its hi def. So ive apologized.
This is probably a lot more visible than you want it to be right youre like oh. My god i can see his face clearly now jesus know let me know anyways push comes up low guys. And as always eat like a bodybuilder and train like a powerlifter.
